Return Policy for the Customized Orders
We want you to love your personalized product! Since all of our items are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is not as described. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

Return Policy for Non-Customized Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your non-customized order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Return:
Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
Please note, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
